About the Course
The course is divided into six modules. The first being an Introduction to the Five Elements, followed by five other modules, one for each of the elements, Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether.
Each of the six modules is divided into several lessons. The lessons will provide you with background info about the elements, yoga practices, meditations, affirmations, inspirational readings and quotes, and meditation questions to encourage self-reflection.
Each of the modules will encourage you to meditate upon what you already know about the elements, and to tune into your own inner wisdom. I'll also guide you through the process of creating yoga practices inspired by earth, water, fire, air, and ether. We'll take a step-by-step approach, and over the duration of the course your confidence will grow, as you learn to generate ideas and create inspirational yoga practices inspired by the five elements.
