Your Autumn Equinox Transformation
The Autumn Equinox is a fruitful time that marks the half-way point between the Summer Solstice and Winter the Solstice. This course invites you to celebrate your harvest and to gather seeds of hope to incubate over the autumn-winter months ready to send up green shoots next spring. You are also encouraged to pause and reflect upon how you feel about moving into the colder, darker phase of the year, and how you will use your seasonal yoga practice to bring light, warmth, and healing into the winter months ahead.

- Enjoy autumn themed yoga practices, meditations, breathing, and inspiring words. Create your own yoga practices, record insights in your journal.
- Tune into the wisdom of autumn, acknowledge how you feel about letting go of summer, and remind yourself of the opportunities that lie ahead in the autumn to winter season.
- Celebrate your harvest, acknowledge what came to fruition and which seeds failed to germinate. Consider how you would do things differently next time to ensure success.
- Ground yourself, connect to the earth, and bow to the Harvest Moon.
- Cultivate a gratitude practice and enjoy the benefits to your wellbeing.
