Let's get started!

This course is divided into four sections. Each section will take between 10-20 minutes to read through. I'd suggest pausing between each section to give yourself time to digest the information, and to allow for your own creative response to the learning to surface.

Section1: Get to Know the Wheel of the Year

In this section you will cultivate an understanding of the science behind the changing seasons, get to know the Celtic Wheel of the Year, and tune into the year's seasonal rhythm of yin and yang.

Section 2: Uniting Yoga with the Seasons

In this section you will discover how to create tailor-made yoga practices to fit your needs during every season of the year. And learn to recognise the prevalent pushing or yielding energy of the season, and fine-tune your ability to choose yoga practices that balance your own energy flow.

Section 3: Your Seasonal Yoga Toolbox

In this section you will learn about the foundational practices that support the seasonal yoga approach. These are; seasonal meditation questions, walking meditation, and writing meditation.

Section 4: Next steps on the Seasonal Yoga Path

In this section you will find seasonal yoga resources and explore your options for taking your seasonal yoga practice to the next level.
