Before You Start
Hello,
Thanks so much for joining me! I'm Jilly Shipway, author of the Yoga Through the Year book, and I'll be guiding you through this course.
The best time to use the course is from early June to early July, in the Northern Hemisphere, or from early December to early January in the Southern Hemisphere.
It's fine to either work your way systematically through the various sections, or you can dip in out of the sections, choosing the themes that appeal to you most.
If you need reminding of the basics, then revisit my free course, Seasonal Yoga an Introduction, which gives an overview of the wheel of the year, and a description of our Seasonal Yoga toolbox.
You can view the study material on a mobile device but using a desktop or laptop will enhance your experience and enjoyment of the course.
