Step Off the Treadmill and into Your Life
Life can feel like you're on a treadmill and getting nowhere fast. You're constantly busy doing things that don't really matter and aren't aligned to your true purpose in life.
Seasonal Yoga gives you the opportunity at the turning points of the year, to pause and review the season gone by, to see what was fruitful, and which seeds failed to bear fruit. Seasonal meditation questions help you to set your intentions for the coming season, and get your life back on track.
The 21-Day Autumn Equinox Challenge asks you to commit between 5-15 minutes a day to do a Seasonal Yoga activity. Some days you will contemplate upon seasonal meditation questions; other days you will do a simple yoga sequence, or a meditation, or visualisation, breathing practice, or affirmation. The activities are designed to help you to connect to your inner wisdom, and can be easily fitted into the busiest of days.
Autumn Equinox 21-Day Transformation Challenge
This course will help you to reconnect with your own natural rhythms, and align your intentions with the prevalent energy of the season. You will tune into your own inner wisdom and connect with the wisdom of autumn.
At the Autumn Equinox we tip into the darkest phase of the year. Your Seasonal Yoga practice will help you to avoid the seasonal blues and bring light into the darker autumn to winter days.
Although the autumn does not favour action, it is the perfect time to reflect on which seeds you wish to incubate over the winter, ready to send up green shoots next spring.
Week One: Harvesting Happiness, Gratitude, & Contentment
In week one of the challenge you will celebrate your harvest, reviewing what has been fruitful, and considering which projects failed to bear fruit and how you would do things differently next time. You will cultivate gratitude both for yourself, your loved ones, and the Earth. You will consider which seeds you wish to incubate over the winter months ready to send up new, green shoots next spring.
Week Two: The Heart Balances All at the Equinox
In week two of the challenge, you will explore how to find equilibrium, balancing body and mind, at the equinox. You will use simple yoga poses, meditations, visualizations, breathing practices, and seasonal meditation questions to help you to return to a state of balance. You will also consider how to give back to the Earth and create a more harmonious, balanced ecosystem for all.
Week Three: The Wisdom of Autumn
In week three of the challenge, you will tune into the autumn wisdom of letting go and conserving energy, which in turn will allow you to create space to focus on the things that really matter to you. You will take time to connect with the beauty of the season. You will use yoga, breathing, visualisation, meditation, and meditation questions to release tension, lighten your mood, and open yourself to your own autumnal wisdom.

I know how busy life can get, so each activity will only require between 5-15 minutes of your time, and can be fitted in to even the busiest of days.
Seasonal meditation questions are an important part of the 21-day challenge. The questions have been designed to help you to review the season gone by, to set intentions for the season ahead, and to tap into your own seasonal wisdom, aligning your own energy with the energy of the season.
At the end of each week of the challenge, you will be given the opportunity to join in a group discussion on the forum, where you can share with others the obstacles you have overcome to complete the challenge, or the insights that have arisen over the week. There's no pressure to contribute to the discussion forum, and it's fine to skip this if you prefer. However, some of you might welcome the chance to connect with others who share your love of Seasonal Yoga.
