Find Harmony with Nature's Rhythms
Do you yearn to connect with Nature but feel that you don't have the time? Do you feel out of synch with the ebb and flow of the seasons? Do you want to tune into Nature's rhythms and realign your own energy with the prevalent energy of the season?
I know how busy life can be, which is why I have designed the Summer Solstice Transformation 21-Day Challenge to take only a bitesize piece of your time over 21 days. Each day you will only need to commit to between 5-15 minutes of your time. Your reward for this commitment will be that you feel more in harmony with Nature and the seasons. You will also be able to realise your dreams by aligning your intentions to the fertile energy of the Summer Solstice.
Summer Solstice Transformation 21-Day Challenge!
The course is divided into 3 seven day modules:
Week One: Celebrate Your Inner Sun
Week Two: Love, Creativity, & Self-Compassion at the Summer Solstice
Week Three: Welcoming Back the Darkness & Celebrating the Sun
Over the seven days of the module, each day you will be prompted to do either a meditation, a visualisation, a seasonal meditation question, an affirmation, or a small amount of yoga practice. All of the activities are accessible and could easily be done at home, or work, or just about anywhere!
Each day you will only need to commit to between 5-15 minutes of your time. If you miss a day, no problem, just catch up the next day, or come back to it later when you have more time. However, let me reassure you, that most of the seasonal activities, could be fitted into even the busiest of days.
Each week you will also receive one free, bonus yoga practice. These three, slightly longer yoga practices are perfect to use anytime over the summer months.
Challenge: Week One
During the first week of the challenge, we will be celebrating the power of the Sun both without and within. We will be aligning ourselves with the Sun’s fiery energy and powering up our own Inner Sun. We will use meditation questions to review our outer achievements, celebrating our successes and learning from the seeds that failed to germinate. We will be honouring those people who have brought sunshine into our life. And we will set our intention to do those things we love to do over the remaining summer days.
Challenge: Week Two
During the second week of the challenge, we will be focusing on the Summer Solstice themes of motherhood, fertility, and creativity. We will be considering how to nurture ourselves, our yoga practice and our creativity. We will be connecting with our Inner Sun and the fiery, passionate energy of the season.
Challenge: Week Three
During week three we will be celebrating the power of the Sun at the height of its powers, and acknowledging the transition that happens at the solstice as we move into the darker half of the year. We will consider how to balance an appreciation of both light and dark in our lives. We will reflect upon which seeds we wish to incubate during the darker half of the year, ready to send up green shoots next spring. And you will be encouraged to tune into the Sun at the centre of your life and consider how to make the world a better place by shining your light out into the world.
