About the Course

The course is divided into seven days. Each day is made up of three practices:

  • A Lammas-inspired yoga practice.
  • A meditation.
  • Lammas journaling prompts.

Your challenge is to complete at least one of the practices each day. So, for example, one day you might do a yoga practice, another day, you might do a journaling prompt or a meditation. On the days you have more time, you could do all three. Or spread the practices out across the day. Perhaps, you'll do a yoga practice in the morning, and a journaling prompt or meditation later in the day.

The beauty of this course is that if you miss any of the practices out, you can always come back to them, within the next few weeks.

To get the most out of the course, I would suggest that you commit to doing at least one of the practices every day over the next seven days. And...if you find you have time for more...that's great. However, life happens and if you do miss a day, don't waste time beating yourself up, just start afresh the following day. Hey presto- you're back on track!

Before the challenge commences I'd suggest you read through the next module, An Introduction to Lammas Yoga. It will give you some background info about the course and how it's structured. It will also help you to feel confident that you understand the Lammas themes that we will be working with over our 7-day challenge.
