Yoga to Re-energise Your Life!


Imbolc is the Celtic festival of awakening that celebrates new life, fertility, creativity, and the first signs of spring.

At the end of winter we can often feel lethargic and depleted. The 7-day challenge will reinvigorate your yoga practice and top up your energy, so you're ready to blossom into springtime!

This course will help you to stay in touch with your inner wisdom, whilst you harness the fertile energy of the growing season to successfully take action to get your ideas out into the world. Plant seeds of love and watch them grow!




Imbolc Yoga 7-Day Challenge 2026


The course is divided into seven days. Each day is made up of three practices:

  1. An Imbolc-inspired visualisation.
  2. An Imbolc Yoga Practice.
  3. Imbolc Seasonal Meditation questions.

Your challenge is to complete at least one of the practices each day. So, for example, one day you might do a yoga practice, another day, you might do a journaling prompt or a visualisation. On the days you have more time, you could do all three. Or spread the practices out across the day. Perhaps, you'll do a yoga practice and visualisation in the morning, and a journaling prompt later in the day.

The beauty of this course is that if you miss any of the practices out, you can always come back to them, within the next few weeks. The challenge has been devised in such a way that you'll find it easy to fit into even the busiest of days.

The course is yours forever- so you can revisit the challenge again next year if your wish.

The 7-Day Imbolc Yoga Challenge starts on Sunday 1st February 2026 and runs for seven days. 



Imbolc Visualisations

We begin each day of the challenge by working with an Imbolc themed visualisation. The visualisation (and on the final day a breathing practice) only take a few minutes to do, so they can be fitted into even the busiest day of the challenge.


The visualisations will ground you and help you to shake off that end-of-winter feeling of constriction.

Yoga Practices

Each of the seven yoga practices on this challenge has been inspired by Imbolc, with the intention of helping you to align your energy with the energy of the season.


Each day of the challenge, you do the visualisation first, to prepare yourself for the practice.


The yoga practices will unblock any stagnant end-of-winter energy and get it flowing freely again.


Each of the yoga practices is set at a level that should be accessible to most people. However, if you are an experienced yoga student or teacher, then feel free to play about with the yoga sequences and modify or intensify them to suit your own level of practice.


The yoga practices are all new, original, and designed specifically for this challenge. Each yoga practice has its own downloadable PDF.

The practices take between 15-20 minutes, so are easy to fit into your day.


Imbolc Meditation Questions

Over the seven days of the challenge you will have the opportunity to engage each day with Imbolc-inspired seasonal meditation questions.

At a time when Nature is at her most creative, the questions will help you to tune into your own creative energy and harness the fertile energy of the season to make your dreams come true!





Imbolc Meditation Questions


Over the seven days of the challenge, you will have the opportunity to engage with Imbolc-inspired seasonal meditation questions. Below are the themes that you will be working with:

Day Two: Discovering your spiritual focus for the year

Day Three: Planting seeds of love

Day Four: Spring cleaning

Day Five: Let your creativity blossom

Day Six: Igniting the fiery passion in your life

Day Seven: Enjoying the beauty of the season

It’s up to you how you engage with the meditation questions. You may choose to meditatively write (journaling) your responses to the questions. However, if you are short of time, you could simply read through the questions and trust that your subconscious mind will come up with answers to the questions (just before bedtime is a great time to do this). Or you could turn them over in your head anytime you have to walk anywhere. Or integrate them into your yoga practice, for example posing a question whilst you are staying in a yoga pose.

She regularly contributes to various magazines and yoga publications.

The 7-day challenge is a self-paced online course, designed by Jilly. Although there is no formal tuition or video content, Jilly looks forward to interacting with you, offering guidance, and answering questions in the (optional) discussion forums during the course.
